With a well-established network of Healthcare Partners across the UK, WPA know how to support the people who buy into their business. Operating within a proven model reduces the level of risk while giving you the flexibility to build a long-term, sustainable business.
Healthcare Partners work to grow a portfolio of customers by selling and advising on WPA health insurance products. To do there are a range of means including networking, introducers, referrals and cold calling. Partners can only actively market WPA within their allocated territory, however they are permitted to gain referrals and introductions from connections outside of their area.
In your first year it is reasonable to expect earnings of £50,000.
Partners receive initial commission (example 60%*) when a new sale is completed and a customer joins WPA. Partners then receive renewal commission (example 10%**) at the customer’s annual renewal.
Partners are expected to actively contact their customers at renewal ensuring that the policy still meets their needs. Healthcare Partners can also qualify for a Quarterly Incentive Bonus based on total premium increase of their portfolio.
Those buying a vacant territory (no existing client base), will qualify for the ‘Guaranteed Fee Scheme’ which assists financially in the difficult first two years of the insurance business. WPA will pay you £22,000 in year 1 (12 equal monthly instalments) and a lesser amount of £11,000 in year 2 (12 equal monthly instalments) when your pipeline of business has started to grow and you begin to receive renewal commission.
As part of the WPA Group, a not-for-profit organisation, WPA don’t seek to make a profit from the sale of a Healthcare Practice. This approach is reflected in the low investment fee to become a Healthcare Partner:

One of the Senior Healthcare Partners will become your mentor for two years.
Aimed at helping you raise your profile within your territory. Typically, Partners see the greatest return on investment from hosting networking events, purchasing targeted data, attending exhibitions and undertaking marketing campaigns.
If you take on a new Healthcare Practice with no existing client base, you will be eligible for the Guaranteed Fee Scheme.
Comprehensive initial and ongoing training is provided, including quarterly regional workshops, conferences, end of year refresher workshops, and a New Partner Support Academy.
